WAIST: To measure correctly stand straight and wrap the tape around the smallest part of your torso. Be firm, but make sure you can still breathe!
The inside leg measurement should be taken from your crotch point all the way down to your ankle.
Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around the fullest part of your chest. The tape measure should be snug. Not so tight that it constricts breathing, but not so loose that it slides down. Don't puff out or flex chest, stand as normal. .
