HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Our aim? To give you the best fitting jeans possible! We never want to send something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our products to help you find the perfect fit. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
Unfortunately we only ship within Australia. For our New Zealand friends, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to hunt down a retailer in your hood!
CAN I ADD, CHANGE OR DELETE AN ITEM IN MY ORDER AFTER IT'S COMPLETED?
So here’s the deal. Once your order is placed, it is too late. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, we offer free returns, within the terms of our Returns Policy so don’t sweat it!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We're happy to offer free shipping and your brand spanking new order will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days from order placement. For WA, far North QLD, NT and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery. Please keep in mind that during peak times and sale periods, please allow an extra 2 days for your delivery.
WHY IS MY ADDRESS COMING UP AS UNVALID?
Uh-oh! The reason your address is coming up as invalid is because it may not be registered with Aus Post. Don’t stress this can be fixed. Contact Aus Post on 137 678 to register your address and allow 30 minutes for this to register on our checkout.Before continuing to check out, please clear your cache and history in your browser and check-out should work.

Want to return a sale item for a refund? No problem! Generosity has always been one of our strong points. Use the return form for quick and speedy returns.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN ANY ITEMS I DO NOT WANT/LIKE?
Change of mind? We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased on Riders By Lee for return. We're pleased to offer returns for a refund within 60 days of recieving your original order, just don't forget to include proof of purchase from our online store in your return package! Contact our super nice customer service team through the return form to organise a return.
IF I PURCHASE A FAULTY ITEAM WHO DO I CONTACT?
Quality is something that we aim to deliver in our denim innovation and we definitely never intend to produce denim that is anything below the normal standards. In the unlikely event that you believe you have received a faulty item please let us know! Contact us and one of our friendly team will do what they can to assist. If your purchase is from a 3rd party, you must first return your faulty item to the original store you purchased your items from. If they are unwilling to assist you please get in contact and let us know.
HOW DO I USE MY E-GIFT CARD?
Using your Riders e-Gift Card couldn’t be easier, you simply enter your e-Gift Card number in the payment section provided at the checkout when you are ready to make your purchase. For full details please see our Terms & Conditions.
- Upon receiving a Riders e-Gift Card via email you will be presented with an E-Gift card number that can be redeemed online.
- If the items purchased total less than the e-Gift Card amount, the remaining funds will remain on the e-Gift Card to use on the next purchase, if the items purchased exceed the e-Gift Card amount the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order.
- e-Gift Cards take up to 4 hours to be delivered to your preferred email address.
- Items bought using e-Gift Cards can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the e-Gift Card will be refunded and a new e-Gift Card will be issued or funds allocated to your existing e-Gift Card applied.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY RIDERS?
Caring is sharing, so here is a little info on how to care for your Riders By Lee jeans. First up, check your care instructions label because the experts know best! This will ensure correct washing procedures are followed which will prolong the life of your jeans. For indigos and dark washes, we don’t recommend you wear your brand new whites or brights with the garments before their first wash as there may still be some colour residue in the new product. We also recommend you wash them separately or with similar colours too!
